MINISTRY OF ECONOMY AND FINANCE/PROGRAM MANAGEMENT OFFICE Loans 3006/3007/8271 and Grants 0349/0350-CAM Climate-Resilient Rice Commercialization Sector Development Program (Rice-SDP) REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST MIS/Database Specialist (National) (120WDs, intermittent) Re-Advertisement (Deadline of Submitting EOI: 16 February 2019)

1. The Royal Government of Cambodia (RGC) has received loans and grants financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and other sources towards the cost of the Climate-Resilient Rice Commercialization Sector Development Program ("Rice-SDP"). The Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) is the Executing Agency of the Rice-SDP and has established a Program Management office (PMO). The Implementing Agencies are Ministry of Agriculture Forestry and Fisheries (MAFF), Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology (MOWRAM), Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction (MLMUPC), and Provincial Governor’s Office of Battambang (BTB), Kampong Thom (KPT) and Prey Veng (PVG). Each Ministry has established a National Implementation Office (NIO) while each Provincial Government a Provincial Implementation Office (PIO) to implement the program in accordance with Government and ADB’s policies and procedures. To support the relevant tasks of the PMO, NIOs and PIOs, there is a need to recruit a national MIS/Database Specialist.
