PIO-KPT: Mr Yov Sengkun Director of Provincial Administrative Office and Program Manager of Provincial Implementation Office of Kampong Thom (PIO-KPT) led a meeting with program’s officers, cooperation officers from Provincial Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (PDAFF) and National Implementation Support Specialist (ISS) to discuss the Project Activity Proposals (PAPs) in agriculture sector to support Agricultural Cooperatives (ACs) within target areas of Rice-SDP. The meeting was conducted on 25 September 2018, am at office of PIO-KPT.
