Kampong Thom: The National Implementation Office for Climate Resilient Rice Commercialization Sector Development Program (Rice-SDP) of Ministry of Agriculture Forestry and Fisheries (MAFF-NIO) organized the “Dialogue on Rice Seed Business and Gender Mainstreaming” at meeting room of Kim Seng Restaurant, Kampong Thom Province on 04 December 2018 with aim at to diffuse knowledge, dialogue and using quality rice seed and female participation in the Cambodia rice seed production chain. The meeting was conducted under presidency of H.E Kith Seng, Under Secretary of State of MAFF and Program Director of MAFF-NIO, Mr Chan Sareun, Deputy Director of Provincial Department of Planning and Head of Technical Implementation and Planning of Provincial Implementation Office of Kampong Thom (PIO-KPT) and Mr Kann Salorn, Deputy Director of Provincial Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (PDAFF) and Liaison Officer of PIO-KPT.
